What else do I need to know?

A few other important notes:

Your meet & greet does not grant your family access to an immersive CAMP experience behind the Magic Door.
Tickets are non-refundable. Please arrive on time!
1 kid ticket includes admission for 1 child and up to 2 adults.
Tickets are required for all guests under the age of 13 or for any guest who would like to take a photo with Elephant & Piggie.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Expect 2-3 minutes of time meeting Elephant & Piggie and the rest of your visit participating in fun activities led by our fantastic CAMP Counselors.

Who is it for?

Families who love Elephant & Piggie, of course! Also, anyone who likes fun. We’re going to have fun.

How long will it take?

This activity will last about 30 minutes, but you’re always welcome to stay, shop, and play at CAMP!

FAQs

What if I’m running late?
- If you arrive late, we will do our best to get you in as quickly as possible. However, there may be a prolonged wait and admittance is not guaranteed. Guests who arrive on time will be let in first, followed by any latecomers already in our queue. We strongly advise arriving 10-15 minutes early and choosing a time that suits you and your family.
Can I reschedule or change my ticket?
- If you need to reschedule or change your reservation, please use the link in your ticket confirmation email at least 2 hours before your scheduled meet & greet, and you will be able to modify your tickets for a small fee.
Does this mean a Mo Willems x CAMP immersive experience is coming?
- There are no plans for a Mo Willems experience behind the Magic Door at this time, but anything is possible!
